If you look up above..when the stars are shining..and you are wondering if i am looking up as well..at the same sky as you are..make a wish upon any of the stars above..know that i too am doing the same so somewhere along the way..we will be looking at the same star and making the same wish together..that our love will last no matter the distance..so long as the sky above shines in the day..and comforts us in the night..
In the night sky..making a wish for us..

This is sweet; so very. At the risk of mistaken cynicism, I often wonder if deep romantics are not simply derailed masochists– winkwinknudgenudge and all that.
Anyways… have a listen(someone else’s video). Your post reminded me of it. It’s beautiful and you may like her.

Its funny that I came across your page tonight of all nights. I was outside looking at the stars tonight. A thin layer of clouds was rolling in covering the few stars that were visible. One star was bright enough to shine through and was still visible. I notice this star alot and when I do it makes me think of someone that is very close to me, but at the same time is as far away as the star itself. Your picture at the top of the page is what reminded me of what I was seeing tonight. Out of all the stars in the sky, the one that makes me think of her is the brightest in the sky. Your saying about looking up and making a wish on the same star is beautful. Many times I’ve looked up and wondered if she was looking up at that very same moment. She told me because of some things that happened to her in the past that she didn’t look at the stars anymore. She has started again and I hope she can continue to look up at the beautiful night sky. I made a wish on a shooting star one time and haven’t wished for anything else since. I wonder if she has looked up and made that same wish? I look forward to reading more of your posts.

Lovely … Now to be more practical, how did you produce this beautiful image?
andy1076
February 21, 2012 at 9:35 pm
I started with a black background, then tossed in a star from lensflare HD which also works for the iPhone. After that, I put stars in separately and tossed in a little bubble effect then voila! night sky

Hello Andy, after your visit to my blog (thanks!) I came to yours.. and I took the time..:) to read
it is true, nobody has time for that much anymore.. and when someone has it, we have to spendd it checking that all the digital tools we own and work with do work right, ..it’s a pain..
You write beautiful stories with pictures, I do with food that I love or simply cooked for others..
i will come back to read your stories ..great photography!

Hi Delizie, Thank you for coming by and reading my writing and your compliments. I too enjoy preparing food and taking pictures of it, always found it a bit tricky on the shades though

All I can say is WOW ! I feel the exact same way. Sometimes it makes me sad that the other person doesn’t know I am thinking about him. You have a gift with words.

Thank you Wren, It’s always hard when you are trying to give so much love to someone and they either take it for granted or simply don’t see it. At that point, I guess it’s better to give your love to someone who appreciates it right?

You are so very right. I had to leave the love of my life the day after he proposed. It was not my choice and we haven’t spoken to one another in all the years since then. I still love him as much as I did that night, but fate can play evil tricks on us when we least expect it.

Sorry to hear that, it must of been a painful experience for you. True, fate really does play tricks on us but also teaches us the lesson of treasuring the moments we spend. As well as moving on doesn’t it? I lost someone to heaven not long before we had spoken about getting married, she will always be in my memories..
