I was going through a number of pictures in my collection, trying to decide which one to feature next. Then, i noticed that one of the pictures turned out blurry and it was my favorite picture too! ahh! so i tried to save it with Snapseed for iPad along with an app called Dynamic light. The right side picture, is the blurry photo and then on the left is my attempt to save it.
So what do you think? too much editing? too little? lost cause? feel free to be honest, I’m trying to recover some of the pictures that were taken with much lower quality to feature on the blog. Thank you!

I like them both! I think they each speak a totally different story. The one on the left, your attempt to save, is “darker” heavier, implies impending doom to me. The original, while shaky and unclear is bright and light hearted. I find brilliance in the fact that the original, untouched was “unclear” but light and pleasant and the one in which we can see clearly what is happening in the photo has lost its “grace.” There’s something there about how to live life

Andy, I agree with Indisposed, altho I somewhat prefer the adjusted one, but then I’m not a purist and appreciate a little irreverence
in any case, what a beautiful spot to sit and absorb!
(and thank you for leading me to Dynamic Light! I’ve been wishing for a tool like this!

You’re so very welcome! i have to admit i am so addicted to it, the effects it does for the sky is so much fun! credit goes to Rubicorno (rubicorno.wordpress.com) though. He introduced me to the apps i now use, check out his blog sometime. It’s neat

Hi!
Yups! there are a few ways thanks to Apps like snapseed / dynamic light and photo toaster. All for both the iPad and iPhone, course the end result won’t be the same as you can see on the post but it sure is fun trying to save it one way or another! thank you for coming by

lol usually when my pictures turn on blurry I make it look vintage and cut out the corners so people pay less attention to it. My review on JUMP restaurant was taken on my blackberry – SUPER blurry… did you notice? LOL

I like both, but prefer the right. Each definitely has a different feel. Interesting
I’m also very happy to learn that there is software for this. I have a very old photo of a very young Clint Eastwood taken in the mid 60s, but it is so blurry. Do you think it can be fixed?

Hi Ann, thank you for coming by my blog! is the picture in your hard drive? if you have an iPad or iPhone there’s an app called Snapseed. It can create turn the picture vintage, which will kind of hide some of the features on the picture that might of worn out over time
