Re-Edited: For Love Transcends Time..

10 Feb

Some things you can never recover once they are lost..Except the deepest love you share with the one who holds your heart..For it is an union of souls..Transcending beyond time..

Funny how that works. Love can lift your spirits to the ends of existence, as well as sink it to the deepest darkest depths of the sea. Love is a most powerful possession. It can give us life, and it can take it away.

Then, What it takes it does not give back. What is it that keeps us going back?

Well, I think that some chose not to go back. But for those of us who do, are we gluttons for punishment? Or are we simply not afraid to fall until we get it right?

Love is the most potent spirit-affecting experience a person can have. So that’s why there’s that cliche: ‘Tis better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all.

What keeps us going back? Faith and Hope.

The hope that the next time we give our heart, it will be to someone who could understand us right?

Perhaps. Love comes with responsibilities I suppose. And I would rather say, that when I give my heart, it would be to someone who has the will to understand me. I think it’s important to remember that lost love is not always something that is in our control. And when that happens, love can convert to forgiveness… if you allow it. Forgiveness starts with love, and ends with a soul set free.

I’ve forgiven, I have even been close to past relationships that have not worked out and salvaged a friendship. It just at times it feels rather lonely, if that makes sense.

Yes, it does make sense. Absolutely. Life can get lonely sometimes.

If I may say so though, You sound like you’re speaking from personal experience?

I know very well what a broken heart feels like. And I know the guilt and self-loathing that comes along with breaking them. I’ve been told I wear my heart on my sleeve. That’s more a solid choice than a personality byproduct. I like to think I’m fairly emotionally intelligent. And that means I would rather adventure, than spend my life in The Shire. ;)

There’s just such a great deal we can learn from Tolkein ;) But of all the stories within his books, the message I hold closest is that ultimately, there are powers beyond us that help us all shape the outcome of events. Unless we are willing to find ourselves outside of safety and comfort, we are left perilously without opportunity for change. There were moments when members of the fellowship were alone, in the dark, surrounded on all fronts by the worst sort of turmoil. But moments of loneliness are temporary, if we forge bravely on, and follow our hearts in adventure.

It was an amazing movie. I watched it but didn’t figure out which characters are which characters. The make up is awesome.

They did an amazing job, Hugo Weaving was incredible at playing his multiple characters and the switching between dialogues for tom hanks and halley berry? blew my mind :D

Thank you Andy! Yes I guessed it sounds a little complicated, but that’s OK, I’m used to films like that. I love a film that makes my brain work hard! :D
