Every year, there are only two things I look forward to. First, is spending my birthdays with my little lady and Christmas eve with her as well. She’s 10 right now, but I do know that she’s going to be a teen very soon. So, this year I have been truly blessed! I spent the second Christmas eve with her! we had a great time! watching my old childhood favorite movies such as “Honey I shrunk the kids” and “Home alone”. She didn’t understand the whole 80′s and 90′s but! isn’t that what passing on memories is all about? sharing thoughts and stories while having a great time?

Oh by the way, this year we don’t have an actual Christmas tree, we placed my aquarium in the spot that the tree normally seats. So, we bought a mini tree and put decorations on it. In the end though? it looked great! because all the gifts looked piled up good lol! so! I wanted to share it with all of you, hope you all had a great Christmas too!
There’s no sadness, nor is there solitude so long as you hold what matters to you closely to your heart. Take comfort in your loneliest nights, knowing. That no matter how hard it gets, the fond memories of your time spent together will always remain with you for they are the best part of your life.
If the rain could wash away my memories..I’d stand beneath the downpour..in the hopes that all I will remember will be what was and not what could of been..the only regret I’d have then would be that of not ever telling you..how much I really do miss you..
I am but a leaf in your memories..you once saw me as i was..full of life and with a purpose by your side..whenever you looked up you would look for me and shared with me your thoughts and your desires..on the other days i gave you comfort whenever you needed it..but..over time like the seasons passed..we drifted apart as though time had decided we had our chance..not long after..just like a faded leaf i had left your memories..we may have faded from each other but..time has not forgotten and i know we will meet again some day and pick up where we left off in this lifetime..
