The candle lighter award
The other day i received this wonderful award from my friend and fellow blogger Mellifluousmurmurs. I do apologize for not having posted this sooner, it’s been busy at work and a number of things kept getting in the way. Which is why this award is so special to me, when things at work were getting really busy i wondered if it was the sign of another unpredictable week beginning, but then this made my day! thank you for making the beginning of my year a wonderful one

It’s here! the great countdown of the year, amazing isn’t it? it feels like only yesterday that we were counting down for 2011′s arrival. Where did time go? i feel like I’ve been asleep through it all, because i am still trying to remember it all. So, what was your absolute favorite thing that happened this year? the one that changed your life completely?
If you were to ask me, what changed my life? It would be having met incredible friends this year, whom am i referring to? why, all of you of course! without all of you my life wouldn’t be what it is now. Before i met you all, it was just day to day grind to work and back home and my thoughts would never be expressed, so this is me thanking all of you for a wonderful year and i wish you all the best! may you reach all your goals and dreams

Yesterday, I was at work doing my usual things and noticed I was getting a lot of emails. I always follow back and always read all the posts, so I was really surprised that a lot of the emails were from wordpress telling me I was getting blog “Likes”! it totally made my day!

What an incredible week!
I can’t believe it’s finally Friday, guess it might have something to do with how Monday was a holiday lol! gotta admit though, it’s been a great week since last Saturday. There hasn’t been drama and I’ve had so many of you kind readers to motivate me to write my best pieces yet, thank you so much for keeping my thoughts positive and my path true. I hope i can write even more better posts to entertain, move or create thoughts for you
I can’t wait for Saturday to come around the corner either, my sweet angel will be with me and we got plans for another day out together followed by a dinner date. I love listening to all her thoughts, watching my own child tell me what she’s thinking is like discovering all the thoughts she must of had in her mind when she was just watching me and gurgling as an infant. I also get a glimpse of what she’ll be like when she’s all grown up, don’t know how to explain it. I’m just so blessed that it’s me that gets to experience this SO, i probably won’t be blogging for a couple of days to spend as much time as i can with her children grow up so fast, i don’t want to miss anything.
Beyond words can say
I won’t say you are flawless..because you always known that’s how i see you…i won’t say that your love is perfect..because our love is like no other..no..i will say our love is so much more beyond words..beyond what feelings can define..dreams have no reach to what we built together..because we are what dreams can only hope to achieve what we’ve felt together all this time..i’d tell you i love you..but words can’t define enough what i truly feel for you..
As long as i’m spending time with you
Time means nothing to me as long as i'm with you..
We could spend all day talking about what we are both doing between our distances, not really making any sense and exchange simple words. Then at night, we can spend it talking about things that barely make any sense at all or things that most people would see as a complete waste of time. But, to me every word you text or say makes sense and every word means so much to me because to me, you are everything and i wouldn’t give up my time spent with you for the entire world.
Creating a book of you
Memories are like a book filled with stories of your hopes and dreams..each experience creates a chapter in your life and each thought fills an entire page..then life binds the pages into the book creating a story of you..make it a good one and pass it on!
Different art..same heart..
To a painter, a brush is the beginning of a world about to be created. A scenery within his mind to share filled with thoughts and dreams, it starts with a single stroke until it becomes a completed picture. The incredible piece so charged with vibrant colors where everyone sees the same picture, but everyone has a different feeling from it.
To a sculptor, he creates incredible works of art through his hands, his feelings and vision bring out his imagination to share. An imagination so vivid that his creation take form. Passion is his drive, creativity is his gift.
To a writer, he creates a world through only words as there’s no canvas. A world created through the reader’s mind as everyone perceives what they read differently, where one sees clouds one may picture a perfect clear sky. The writer fuels the feelings of the characters he paints in the reader’s mind through only their own hearts and experiences, imagination then takes over and a story is created.
We all express in different ways, each of us with our own skills and gifts. But, ultimately it is the heart and the mind that create the final piece. The human mind, is the ultimate engine of creation. Imagination, is the energy behind it.
Sometimes it’s almost like writing a letter
Taking the chance to see if she will return my feelings sometimes feels so much like writing a letter and sending it off, i can’t proofread it once it’s sent, and i can’t edit any of it. What is said is said and what is done is done, it’s all about waiting at the end and hoping the feelings on the words don’t get lost in translation half way there. Then when she reads the letter about how we feel, it’s like waiting to see if she will write back and if what i read is what i am hoping for, what a feeling!

In the times when i need someone to talk to, i write and i hope someone can relate to how i feel or what i am thinking. Then maybe i can understand why i feel the way i do. Then when i need to vent all my emotions i put them right here, because this is the place i know that i can go to say what i want to say how i want to say it. Without being judged and if misunderstood, then at least i have a chance to explain myself. So, all of you. My kind readers thank you for being here even if at times my posts make almost no sense. The only limit is your imagination
In the early days, cavemen drew pictographs on walls of their caves and walls to some day show others what they had seen and experienced. In time language was discovered and used as a medium of communication, it wasn’t long before words formed the songs a bard would create to entertain kings and queens inside castles and keeps, then not long after Shakespeare created the most incredible acting pieces known in his era. Now, today we use words in all sorts of ways in the world of mass social network, the similarity in all these? it took the single stroke of a pencil or a stroke of a key to get started on a journey that could take you to all sorts of places, the only limit? is your imagination.
