Today’s daily post asks
A good story huh? I remember years ago when my daughter was still tiny and curious I would read her stories, One evening out of the blue she started adding extra twists with questions. I ended up putting the book on the side and we started adding lines to the story ourselves. It was engaging for her and at the same time? A true dad and daughter moment. I learned that day that a good story teller is someone who’s just as curious as the one who’s listening. If that makes sense? 🙂
totally makes sense! this is what you call weaving a web.
Exactly 🙂 🙂
Indeed 🙂 makes sense. My curiosity helps to tell engaging stories to my son
I love that 🙂
I see ☺️
Ditto ! Like minded people we are. You painted the world for your daughter and I for my tiny tots. Weaving, in your words, right? Simple lines yet made an impact on heart. 🙂
Children are so precious in the way they share the world they see aren’t they 🙂
You bet Andy 🙂
I like the way you put it 🙂
Cheers Virginia! 🙂
Of course it makes perfect sense – as it would to any parent !! I still share stories with my kids – and the extra twinkle in their eyes as they do that is the greatest reward as we share worlds!!
It truly is! that glow is indeed the sweetest thank you we receive from them 🙂
Awh of course it makes sense, quiet a improv you are, making up stories as you go ! 😀
This was really cute ^_^
It was my little lady’s idea too! she was such an adorable lil bundle 🙂
I bet, Kids are the best story makers ! ^_^
They are absolutely limitless on the bounds of their imagination 😊
Seriously, Man the stuff they come up with… 😀
Exactly 😀
